Overview
Flutter Arabic RTL marketplace app with separate customer and store-owner experiences: product browsing, QR scanning, advertisers on a map, chat and notifications. Hamza inherited the existing codebase, wrote a technical audit covering 32 issues, then fixed and modernized the app through December 2025, finishing with a migration to the client's new backend API.

Highlights
- Technical audit of 32 issues (8 critical, 12 high) across crashes, broken features, performance and code quality.
- Moved the advertisers map from Google Maps to Mapbox with offline map support.
- Splash-time data preloading with a 6-hour cache and background-isolate JSON parsing.
- Firebase push notifications, a redesigned chat UI, and restored connectivity monitoring with better error handling.
- Migrated to a new backend API after testing and cataloguing every endpoint as working, missing, broken or moved.
- Real-time chat: Firebase Realtime Database listeners replaced polling for unread badges and the chat list, with a live typing indicator; runZonedGuarded error logging so async errors no longer crash the app.
